"Hotel building is really tall and in busy hustle/bustle area of shinjuku…lot of adult entertainment things happening on street in nite..so choose according to your trip type and if with family.Rooms are on bigger side and well maintained.Cleanin and room amenities were good including coffee."

Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. "This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"
