Bar man was very helpful and showed us the key codes etc.
very appreciative for upgrading.

"Upon arrival, we discovered that our room had two single beds pushed together rather than the double bed advertised.
Given the record-breaking temperatures over the bank holiday, the climate in the room was exceptionally hot. We discovered that one of the radiators was on full blast and with no control valve to turn it off.
With no air conditioning we were forced to open the windows. However, our room was located directly above the hotel kitchen and it's extractor fan which was extremely loud...
