"The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top. It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away. The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. "The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids. It was clean. The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. "
