The food is acceptable, although the complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired; however, it is 'FREE'. The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating throughout our entire stay. Omar Reta, the hotel manager, assisted us in booking a four-day tour and went above and beyond to help us with a special request to return items I purchased from one of the stores. He even came to the hotel on his day off. Mohammed Hamad, our driver, was exceptionally pleasant and always responded with a smile, never saying 'No'. Memo, our excellent tour guide at the Great Pyramid, shared his extensive knowledge about the pyramid with us. He is a very intelligent guide, as far as I can tell. Hasam, our tour guide in Alexandria, demonstrated a deep understanding of the location and the history of the great Alexander. Overall, my wife and I were extremely pleased that we made the trip to Egypt and had the opportunity to meet these remarkable individuals. I am grateful for everything! An effortless 5-star service!"
