"Made multiple attempts to email and call the property to see if we could get some sort of exception on the cancellation due to a bad wildfire smoke. I have a health condition that makes that dangerous for me. I never got a response or a refund."

Sarah cooked our breakfast which consisted of bacon, eggs and toast with homemade jams at 6:30 am just so we could get an early start on our travels to Glacier National Park. We felt like we were staying with family."
