"1)did not tell us about the fact that we had a food credit. 2)did not tell us about the fact that there would not be any maid services unless requested which is not a big deal, but having coffee pods replenished was a big deal. 3) heating system did not work well on one of the days. room got to 80 degrees. "Front desk clerk Anna checked to make sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Anna was very pleasant and helpful to make sure we would have a nice stay. Also Raquel the night clerk was very helpful in obtaining us an Uber to our concert event and made sure we returned back to the hotel safely before she left work that evening. Breakfast was also good. All in all these 2 ladies made sure we had a magnificent stay and we'll be sure to return again next time we're in Nashville."

However, the reason for the poor rating was my experience in the room. I woke up to loud stomping from the room above. I’m not sure if the floors are just that hollow but this wasn’t faint, it was LOUD!"
