Hotel was fine, functional and clean. Hotel lacked atmosphere, especially in the bar/ lounge area. Breakfast was reasonably good, but lacked the special, personal attention.

Hotel is nice, perfectly situated for the city centre, only 5 minutes from The Kings Theatre. The underground carpark is a massive bonus and at only £8 a day is a bargain. The room was large but a bit basic and no sockets beside the beds which is a bit annoying, also the room was very warm and only a fan to cool it but because the sockets are one the other side of the room, it renders it pretty pointless. Other than that the room was fine. The bar area is nice, with a decent selection.

One night stay while in Glasgow for a gig. Good quick check in and got 2 free drinks for signing up as a "member". Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Only downside was the building work going on outside which was noisy at around 7am

Okay!

Staff friendly, check in was slow with computer fault, room was bit dated, not many power points. Did not eat in hotel, but bar staff were very nice and efficient. On morning we were leaving I came back to room to find it being cleaned and had to ask for towel to shower, not fault of cleaner who was working hard but to no avail as it would need to be cleaned again! Last time I stayed(9 years) I was wowed, but unfortunately just an ok this time!

Glasgow is wonderful

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Location was amazing and within walking distance of public transit and many pubs, restaurants etc. Breakfast was great. Glasgow is an amazing city and I highly recommend visiting it.
