"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "

"We were very unpleasantly surprised by our experience at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn. The price was right and location fit our needs. Our initial impression of the building was it appeared clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Our issues were mainly in our room. When we were going to sleep, we noticed our sheets/pillows smelled strongly of B.O.. Our kids were already asleep so there was no point to call the front desk for help. The other major problem was we booked...

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."
