"Clean room, excellent staff from check-in to housekeeping. I loved the kitchenette. I did not beg or ask for water replacement, but if they see you are drinking the Lavazza coffee, they should replace the bottled water daily. "We have stayed here multiple times and have noticed the cleanliness has started to not be consistent. The last two times the duvets have had mysterious stains and the robes aren’t clean. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls in the cabinet and no sweeteners for the coffee and tea service. It took 3+ hours to get a new duvet and last time they switched our room because of a gnat problem.
