"Housekeeping service for making up the room is not automatic. It is provided upon request after the second night. They have grooms for the deaf. Hey doorbell button flashes a light in the room. The included breakfast seems to be somewhat standard and consistent with the other Hampton Inn’s. The air conditioning, blackout curtains, and sound insulation provide a very pleasant environment for a good night sleep. I am legally blind and enjoyed my stay without having any difficulties."

"The room was clean. There was an odor...all fine. The biggest drawback, I think the rooms are not very insulated...one of our neighbors (perhaps the floor below) had their TV on all night We could not sleep. They turned the TV off at about 5a and then had a very loud conversation. Just a bummer."

"Front desk was a mess - door key would not work - had to go and get staff - looked at the same garbage in the elevator lobby on my floor for 3 days. Staff was a meh - not friendly, but not unfriendly. Room was clean. Will most likely not stay here again."

"Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...

"Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water."

"This use to be the place I would stay for weekend events in the city. But now it is over ran with long term stays that are loud and rude animals in every room. Cable cut off an was told nothing will be done. Must be poor management. Won't stay here anymore."

"The room was terribly dirty and kind of run down. The staff were very nice so that made up for downfalls. I am disappointed because I thought highly before I arrived to the room."

"The room was reasonably clean however I did ask for sheets to be changed and they were but there was something on the floor that wasn't mopped. Staff was very friendly and helpful air conditioner work as expected. Appreciate free WiFi. Breakfast was very disappointing. Jimmy Dean microwave sandwich unacceptable."
