"The staff were very friendly and the property itself was easy to get to, clean and felt safe. The housekeeping staff could clean better though. We had a coffee stain on our fitted sheet and mattress our first night. They replaced the sheet once we asked but don’t even attempt to clean the mattress. The smell was pretty strong when we laid down. The corners of our bathroom were pretty gross too, behind the doors. You could tell the hadn’t been cleaned in a while and had hair in the corners. "

"There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. "

"Very clean room. Lots of extras. Excellent breakfast with many choices! So convenient to Ark. Rooms are small but that's why they call it micro. If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased."

"The rooms are very very small. We arrived at 9pm after five hours on the road. We got to the room and set up the pack and play and the phone rang it was the front desk saying the people below us complained we were too loud. Mind you they had dogs. The front desk girl told me she explained quiet hours didn’t start til 10pm but she called us and let us know anyways. She knew we had two young kids and it wasn’t quiet hour yet so I will not be staying at a Tru again after that. "
