"The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused."

"It may be inconvenient for those who are not familiar with the unmanned check-in system. I waited for 1 hour. The sound of other units closing doors is noisy. The facility of the room is excellent. Everything is provided in the unit, especially the clothes washer and dryer. The dining table and sink are a bit high and inconvenient for me but other things are so good. "

"Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users."
