"Wonderful restaurant "

"I have stayed here several times, but the management has changed since my last stay 5 months ago. I received an email prior to this stay, but nothing described the change in the shuttle service. Because they previously shared a regular shuttle with Embassy Suites, I waited for that vehicle, but was then told they now had a different bus and that I would have to call them for a pickup. "Unlike other chains, Parking and Breakfast are still included in the room rate. A+ for that. Breakfast bar had eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffle makers along with the other cold food and fruit items. Staff was friendly. Far enough from airport that jet noise is hardly noticable. Room on the side (with view of Mt. Hood) had no street noise. Room fridge was even quite, but had no freezer section. "

"It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. "We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. "I was comfortable here, staff was very kind to me, only problem is there was stuff left from housekeeping in room drawers and also bathtub was dirty but they are remodeling so no worries this time. I also haven't received my deposit which I hope it comes today?!?! there is no reason to not get it. also a microwave would have been handy there's only refrigerators in the room. "

"Very ran down. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything, even someone just walking down the hall. Did not feel safe at all and was propositioned by a lady of the evening in the hallway. Bed was hard as a rock, no hot water (warm), latch broken on door so unable to engage. "

"No Smoke detector (as required by LAW!) in the room. Towel bars in bathroom had come off of the wall. No telephone in the room. The knob on the water in the bathtub was not attached, and you could not adjust the temperature of the water. No cups in the room, no coffee cups or coffee. "Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"Helpful staff, clean modern facility. Need key card to access elevators so felt safer. We received a refund for the $10 charge for parking. Just a little inconvenient to have to validate parking stubs each time you left and returned and the other amenities made up for a little inconvenience."

"Very helpful staff at all hours! Nice hot breakfast. Great variety of things to eat. Parking was easy, you just had to leave an overnight ticket in the car to make sure it was accounted for that it could be on the premises. Very glad the airport shuttle was available. And I loved the available water and coffee station at the front of the hotel, so convenient! I’d be happy to come back to this hotel!"

"Didn’t appreciate the third party parking lot pay system which generated a lot of concern about how enter and exit the property. Also the barriers at the front are way too narrow making it difficult to navigate with a full size truck"

"Be prepared, no microwaves in the rooms and everything in the village is veery expensive. Food farther away from the resort is more reasonable but harder to access. Beautiful property and beach"
