"Smaller room than standard hotels but obviously not unexpected. It was just the right size for a weekend solo trip. Could hear the doors to other rooms close though. Mattress seemed older but not uncomfortable. Tv would randomly shut off. Overall it provided what I needed. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and no weird odors. Good area, especially if you aren’t/don’t want to drive. I would stay here again but probably test out the mattress before committing to my room."

"I booked this hotel for one night (& to hold my car) before my west coast flight. The room was clean & super quiet. They run airport shuttles on the 30 minutes, and you can reserve a spot on check-in. I paid to store my car, and it was intact when I came back. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained."

"It was a good stay, not great. A few things: The club was poorly stocked. The options were extremely limited and the fruit did. It look like it had been changed the entire time we were there. Our towel bar was falling out of the wall completely. It was repaired quickly but odd for a “newly updated” room. No hooks in the bathroom. No nightstand on one side of the bed. Only having one comfortable chair in a room that large is weird. Needed a sofa. Our door was super stuck and required a lot of pushing to open it — made a loud noise every time we did. Staff was incredibly friendly!"
