"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly. "The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient.
But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above.
