"Our toilet was leaking on the floor from the base and looked like it had been for awhile. Yummy. The pillows were about the smallest I have seen lol. Think square decorative type. Bed is firm if that's your thing. AC is dated and loud but thankful we had it. Room service was good. Breakfast was ok. Coffee shop was meh. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Room was clean-ish if you didnt look too close. The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel itself is pretty cool. Definitely...

"All the other that drove in my family were unaware of the $10 parking fee. (Several cars.) When we questioned the desk they were not nice! I am Shure it said it on the web sight but none of us saw it. That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe a sign at the front desk would help."

"The staff were very helpful. We had a room with a king size bed, and a pullout couch, hoping that two preteen children could sleep on the pullout couch. The pullout couch was smaller than a double slightly wider than a twin. It did not accommodate our two children. We were in newer rooms and they were very nice and clean. The location is incredible across the street from the Amtrak train station in view of the Colorado River. The amenities nearby with restaurants and shopping were great highly...
