"The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic."

"The AM reception looked strict, tired and even the Reception manager was neither genuinely friendly nor being helpful. Except the old lady, the rest of housekeeping staffs we encountered hardly smiled and did not even reply the simple greetings (like hello or good morning). We took a taxi in the morning ... the hotel staff just dropped the 6+ big luggage to the taxi driver (when none of us was there yet to attend our luggage); he didn’t help carry any of them to the car and luckily they’re not...

"Das Zimmer sehr sauber, die Betten angenehm und nicht zu weich, bzw. keine „Durchgegangenen“ Matratzen. Servicepersonal beim Frühstück freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage auch sehr gut, an einer Einkaufsstraße, ca. 10-15 Gehminuten zur nächsten U-Bahn und ca. 5 min. zum Bus Der Pool am Dach sehr sauber, ein paar mehr Liegen wären ideal, man bekam oft keine mehr. Getränke beim Pool sehr teuer! Ein sehr hübsches, modernes Hotel, komme sehr gerne wieder!"

"Hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the check-in experience. Traveling from Panama to Spain with a 7-hour time difference, all you want after a long journey is to get into your room and rest. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we arrived at 2:30 PM and didn’t receive our room until around 4:20 PM. For the first 40 minutes, the staff said they couldn’t find our reservation because it had been made...

"We had special dinner plans in this area, NH is located in a quiet area of Madrid outside of tourist traffic. Local restaurants, shops, bars all with in walking distance in the neighborhood without a mad crush of tourists. We were able to taxi or metro to other areas with ease. The room was clean, spacious and air conditioning excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful and efficient."
