"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. "When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. "

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."
