"This property is located outside of Cheltenham city center and most rooms (all standard/smaller rooms) are in the basement. Basement has been remodeled and rooms are decent but you’re still in a basement with very little access to natural light or windows. Cleaning personnel were very loud in the morning as well talking to one another."

"Basic and clean accomodation. Good location for Gloucester Quays. Tea amd coffee making facilities in bedroom. Free wifi. Only downside is door entry system (no key) and my phone was on very limited battery life by end of our night out so was worried about it dying and not being able to locate the door code information. Breakfast area was clean and tidy."

"The room is clean and cosy. The location is excellent. It would be better if the ventilation could be improved because it was too hot at night. Although they’ve provided an industrial fan in the room it was too noisy to switch on at night while you sleep. "

"Really beautiful Gloucestershire..oldy world style property...nicely modernised....however....bathroom needed a bit more attention....radiator rusty and looking tatty...cracks in the plaster...actually the cracks are good..totally an age thing..so I am saying thats a positive!!!!.The loo seat was well loose though.... had a fab evening meal...great food .....great cooking....and great service..Anna is an absolute star here...introduced me to my room.... served dinner...a fabulous, attentive ,...
