We were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning after a warm day, but with the fan supplied in the room and a window cracked we had no issues with sleeping. "A wonderful location, safe, quiet, and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to shopping and great restaurants in Bourton-on-the-water, a picturesque village. The Coombe House was decorated nicely. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. David was a very gracious and helpful host. We enjoyed the breakfast room, with the tables set up nicely and a big window to look out with a beautiful view of the garden area. I liked that we were able to check off our breakfast choices on a menu David provided...

" basic but very comfortable accommodation 10 minutes walk from the nearest pub.The room was a decent size the bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"
