Have always been a fan of Accor and was an Accor Club member which I think was called Platinum and was a paid membership that reduced eating and drinking costs, free nights, etc. So my expectations were high and I am happy to report they were also met. The rooms were not clean, tables were dirty, no bedside tables no bedside lamp, floor sticky, no heating, rooms had windows out into the hallway with light flooding in. Doors were broken, bedroom had weird glass sliding doors. Not a nice place to stay."
