The starlit entrance to your room is beautiful, the entertainment area is decked out to everyone’s needs, couldn’t ask for a better night away!"

"Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel."

"Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread. "Standard pub room. Nothing special but very clean and as expected."

"Our stay was very nice. The cottage is cosy and homy. But the temperature in the bathroom was really cold. The diversity of the birds in the garden was incredible. Its a nice place for hiking in the blue mountains "
