The only, very slight issue was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable to us during our stay due to repairs being made. It would be ready by the next day, but we were leaving. "

"If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia. It's been over 19 days, no word nothing. Awful experience never ever again! Lesson learned!"
