"Clean room but bed was a little too firm for my liking. Hot tub was good but pool was about 2-3 degrees too cold to be comfortable. Decent breakfast with a nice variety to choose from."

"We never saw any staff in person until the day we left when we spotted a house-keeper. We checked in via a video screen with someone who probably wasn't even in the United States, and we checked out via email. It was odd."

"Only communication was by phone which meant going back to vehicle to get my phone. I have issues walking, getting around is difficult. The entrance was bit tricky to navigate and floor inside had a slope. Not fun. Room key in lock box in door frame, there were 2 boxes with no idea which box key was in.
