The location was good and made it easy to get around and explore. The only minor downside was that space felt a bit limited at times, but it’s pretty normal for this type of accommodation. "Ueno, Tokyo was the last stop of our Japan trip. Apa Hotel Ueno Eki Minami was a great hotel for it's modern design, and it was super clean and the staff we're extremely friendly. It's location was perfect, as the moment you walk out of the hotel, you are surrounded by an abundance of great restaurants and TONS of shops. It is also extremely close to the train station so it's convenient when you need to take the train and go far. The room was a bit small but was good enough for the two of us. Additionally, we stayed on the 12th floor, and with only 2 elevators, it could get crowded or be a bit of a long wait at times. However, it was still a great experience overall and I would definitely go back."
