"It was a very good place. Amazing."

"Was really disappointed in this hotel when we arrived as the pictures are very different to what the rooms actually look like. The area isn’t exactly family friendly either considering it backs onto the strip of red light clubs. We stayed for 6 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned. Towels had a bad smell. The staff were friendly and helpful which was one of the few good things it had going for it. Overall was disappointing and would not recommend."

"Very clean small shoe box side Tokyo hotel with impressively great service by the stuff, Rather have more walking space than strange and unnecessary large bed - 2 full size bed side by side. Because it was small and no common bath/spa, I will not return to this property."

"Friendly staff at Tosei, lots of amenities and even when we asked for no room cleaning they would leave fresh water and towels outside our room which was appreciated. "

"I found a bug crawling in my bed. Reported to the front desk right away. They couldn’t change the room for me. I have asked to at least change all my bedsheets & duvet. They only gave me the bedsheet & asked me to do it myself. "
