"We just did a quick overnight so didn't use any amenities. The room was relatively clean, the shower had nice pressure, and it was quiet even though we were on the 1st floor. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. The ceiling was dripping water next to me, so it seems the building might be showing it's age. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good choice as we were visiting family in Ventnor but did want to stay near the casinos."

"I have stayed in many hotels through Expedia. This experience was by far the worst. Bally had a horrible smell upon entry. This was our wedding anniversary and the room was horrible. Bed mattress needs to be replaced. I will not be coming back here again. I would like a full refund."

"The hotel was immaculate. The breakfast good and the patio very peaceful. However the elevator was not working for the majority of our trip. We had a suite on the fourth floor with an autistic child, accompanied by a medical stroller, major inconvenience! The staff wasn’t very helpful. For the pricing full use of the elevator over a 3 day period is a non-negotiable."
