This place is a health and safety hazard, run downown and eekie. Slippery staircase with rusty frames and cracked concrete to get to the room. The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel.
