"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"We arrived at the hotel after about 20 hours of travel, only to find out they had overbooked and we didn’t have a room. The staff was very friendly and apologetic. The manager arranged for us to stay at another hotel and comped the room. She also offered transportation. I must say the manager turned a bad situatuon into something positive. "We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming).
