"I was put in the old tower, which I don't like staying in. I do stay at the Westmark often and always stay in the new tower. The rooms in the old tower are smaller and cramped. This particular room was hot when I arrived. I called the desk and maintenance came up and said that the thermostat was not working. He turned one side of the heat off and said to open the window (the temperature outside was below zero) and keep the air conditioner on (it was too noisy) if it is too hot. I did open...

"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"We overall enjoyed our stay. I was worried after booking after seeing alot of bad reviews... but honesty it was perfect for us. As long as youre not expecting fancy and do not mind a little outdated- its a great place to stay. "Please see my long review on Google. But in a nutshell, I'd you want to see the Northern Lights stay elsewhere that gives you wake up calls. We missed amazing lights because we fell asleep and they no longer do the wake up calls. If you just want isolated, quiet vacation and don't care about the lights, then this is perfect. "Nice people but the property is in poor condition. Floors dirty, other guest stuff under the bed. People were Smoking in the building smell was very strong. Parking did have an outlet to plug in our vehicle that was great. "
