"Very lovely hotel with great location. It is set up with little buildings spread around the main building which houses the reception and the main dining area. Don't unload your luggage when you check in, as you can park outside you designated building."

They have 2 family rooms. first person to book gets the one in the photos with the extra lounge area. 2nd person to book gets a plain 6 bed dorm room. "This place is magical! The lodge has everything you could need. The hot tub and sauna are amazing! The heated floors throughout felt amazing! Loved all the little touches. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable! The shower was super hot. The space is well done. The best part is the views! Sleeping under the stars and seeing some northern nights was a dream!!! Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise was another wonderful bonus. Just looking at the views of the snow covered mountains...

"The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising."
