"Clean and roomy. We got the triple room. Elevator is small and old but it works all the time. The restaurants in area are not the best but location is close to forum. Subway is close. Staff is fantastic. Nice and always helpful. The only concern I had was the slippery shower. Could add tape or something to give more traction "

"Antonio, our host, was wonderful- easy to communicate with and very kind. He helped us in trying to sort out a tour with the Collosseum and was very considerate in letting us leave our luggage at the B&B for a couple ours past the check out time when our tour went late our last morning. The kitchen/ common area was lovely- well-stocked with both breakfast pastries and jam etc, in addition to a kettle/ coffee machine and all the supplemental plates and mugs.
