"Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes."

"I made a reservation, arrived at the location and the name was different, the receptionist said two weeks ago the ownership had changed and nobody decided to let anyone who made a reservation before that was obsolete. "Staff were friendly. We did not use the hot tub or the dishes in the room. The suite felt odd, doors that were locked and furniture in the kitchen blocking another door. The toilet had poor water flow and the whole place needed repainting or rust removal. The microwave door couldn’t open due to the furniture it was on top of reduced the door’s swing.
