"My husband and I stayed in a mobility-accessible room. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. However, it lacked a few important features. First, the room needs a mirror in the room for make up. There was only a small mirror above the bathroom sink, and no shelf or space to place a makeup bag while getting ready. Second, there should be a shelf or towel rack near the sink. There were no hooks or surfaces nearby to hang a towel or place toiletries. I had to walk to the other side of the bathroom, dripping water after washing, just to reach a towel. This was a significant hazard, especially for someone with mobility issues."

"There were several issues but the most memorable was the water pressure with the shower head. It was basically a trickle. It was like showring with a waterhose on the lowest water settings. When I wanted to make coffe in the room, there was old coffee still there. The televisions connection was the worst, it kept pixalating and freezing. I could hear the other rooms water pressure all night. When I went to get coffee from the lobby's free breakfast, there was a homeless woman eating breakfast in the lobby and knowbody blinked an eye. I could go on. But i think I've said enough."
