"My stay at The Leta in Goleta was such a lovely experience. Nice products in the room. Very relaxing stay. Overall, it’s the kind of place that feels like a mini escape without needing to go far. I’d absolutely come back."

"The staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to get to. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout deteriorated, baseboards dirty), but otherwise decent. Amenities were what I expected from this chain. This hotel was implementing a new check-in system that required guests to scan their ID into a kiosk to be verified by an attendant. This alone will make me never stay here again."

"Mostly clean room. Some stains on the furniture. Not a huge deal. The worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a rock. For $350 a night I expected to at least sleep through the night. Instead I woke up multiple times in pain. Also it's ridiculous they charge $15 a night for parking. They want to nickel and dime you for everything. This place is barely even in Goleta. "
