I travel to Goleta for business and ALWAYS stay at your hotel. I also love that the pillows and bedding smell fresh - I had one of the best night’s of sleep I can remember on the road 👍"

"Good breakfast; large rooms. Very bad room location; no view with limited privacy. This was the darkest room I have ever seen in a hotel. It seemed like a poor room reserved for Expedia customers. The low toilets are uncomfortable for adults and are outrageously bad for the elderly."

"UCSB graduation had made all the hotel rooms in town insanely expensive and I just needed a basic room for the night, so I had low expectations and just needed a clean bed. The room was clean and fine, albeit small. The bathroom had a shutter door that opened to the room, and didn't have a lock...which was fine for me, but would have been weird if it was a mixed group or four people. The property used a remote/semi automated system for check in, which felt very impersonal and off-putting....

"Easy check in…friendly staff. We had a long day of travel and a super late arrival. Front desk made check in super easy so we could get right to our room. Convent location to the airport."

"nicely renovated property with bespoke feel. lobby was lively and outdoor space with swings and fire pit was enjoyable. pool area nice but the hot tub was overrun by kids. we were in a family suite for 4 but our room had only two towels and we kept having to call for more. best value for price in the area. will stay again."

"I found hairs in my complimentary breakfast, no clean towels at pool and there was mold or black algae on the sides of the pool, the TV in the room didn’t work, and the soaps given for shampoo and conditioner were horrible. I am so disappointed considering how much money I payed for this hotel."

"There are people permanently living in this hotel. Not sure where they were living before but there are some serious characters that hangout in the lobby and around the property. Did not feel very safe. Would not recommend for anyone with a family or children."

"The property was very old, the moment you walk into the door there’s this old smell that hit you. AC should’ve been at least left on at the minimal level. There was no Center core for coffee,tea or a place to relax. They only had one chair in the room. although the staff were very helpful and very nice, will I stay there again and the answer is no"
