"The hotel was in a perfect location, in walking distance to many of downtown Chicago’s landmarks and close to CTA stations to take you to other areas of the city. The only drawback was the outside noise level; even from the 31st floor, we could hear sirens and noise of traffic every hour of the day."

"Stay was not quite what we expected. While the room was clean and room service was very good, the surroundings were a bit strange. We heard a lot of moaning and screaming from the room next to us (404) several times throughout the night. I can only conclude that some rooms of the hotel are haunted.
