"I always stay here when I need to be within easy driving distance of DFW airport. The staff are really friendly, professional and helpful, parking is easy, the hotel feels safe and secure in a nice location. It's quiet at night, spacious, everything is very clean and well maintained. The only problem I have is that there are very few gluten free breakfast options, but this is the case everywhere."

"Hotel was fine but would not return due to highway noise. Also guest room doors do not have a gentle close so they make a very loud sound when a guest walks through their room and lets the door close, or rather slam behind them."

After pushing the front desk clerk to do something since we did have a reservation she offered to put us into two rooms which was not ideal as it either meant our teenage kids would be in a room alone, or my husband and I would be split up with...
