"The room wasn’t available when it was suppose to be we were made to wait two hours after then checked in only to stand in the hallway because the maids wouldn’t allow us in our rooms. They also charged me 150 dollar deposit above and beyond a rooms that had already been paid for online. The rooms were dirty we had to clean the tubs to sue them ask for clean blankets for the beds. And the pool was closed off and we couldn’t use it the excuse was they didn’t have a full staff so they couldn’t clean or allow folks to use extra towels to be in the pool. That also made rude comments about how I should have paid more for my rooms and there’s no way the price was correct. If you don’t want people booking through other sites maybe don’t post your property. Over all it was a disappointment. "

"The suite we reserved was very spacious and nice. Loved the separate bedroom with a door and separate temperature controls for that bedroom and the rest of the suite. Decor in public areas was updated and welcoming. The staff quality was mixed with a few being helpful and pleasant but several that were not helpful or accommodating and ignored you when you stood at the front desk and then seemed very put out at simple requests like extra pillows, towels, and toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned one time during our 3 night stay, even after we told the front desk person. She said they were short on staff but assured us it would be made up the next day but it was not. The day we tried to utilize the breakfast buffet—it was not being re-stocked and there was not much available for us. "

"No heated pool as advertised, my king suite didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival and took 1/2 the time of my stay to receive the curtain… the breakfast was terrible and the beds were stained "

"The hotel was nice and clean. Most of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't use many of the amenities during our one-night stay, but I appreciated having them available. The outdoor patio was nice in the evening during the warm spring night. "

"Stay at any other hotel than this one. Sketchy area, sketchy people and the quality is terrible. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping really loudly but they couldn’t even just give us batteries. They said they would send maintenance to put batteries in the next morning. We used the microwave TWO times and it shorted out which they said they would fix asap. We were out all day the next day but when we came back all the issues were still not fixed. We saw a couple bugs in the room and were too scared to even sleep under the covers in the bed. We didn’t finish our stay but I’m not even sure they are going to refund us. Definitely won’t be staying here ever again"
