"The gentleman at reception is gruff and needs to be more friendly and understanding with his weary guests as he seemed more interested in his phone. The hotel itself is simple and the decor deliberately so, with ex army cupboards etc in our room while the restaurant is dismally decorated. Breakfast is basic."

"The 9th Floor public area was great to hang out in while waiting to check in, after check out, or while there. There is free coffee and tea and fabulous views of Geneva, mountains, and all the way to the Jet d'Eau. Plenty of places to sit and relax or work. The electronic unlocking takes getting used to, but it works well. I highly recommend this site."

"Parking was convenient. Room was clean although never serviced throughout the 6 day stay. We did not partake in the breakfast which we felt seemed overpriced for what you get (although in fairness Geneva is pricey). The staff was very friendly and location conveniently located across from Tram station. Location, while convenient, was very noisy."
