"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."

"No AC the beds and pillows are really bad and uncomfortable. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with windows opened. So we had a really bad first night. The front desk lady from Bulgary moved us to a room that had AC."

"Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Poolbereich hat mir persönlich nicht besonders gefallen, da er oft sehr voll war und wenig Erholungswert bot. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr hügelig, sodass...

"This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms. The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good. Staff are very nice and helpful as well."

"Very nice clean apartment. Pleasant pools. Helpful staff. Improvement recommendations: Invite them to be more mindful of people sleeping in the morning when they push their cleaning trolleys or trolley of clean clothes as would wake us up before 8am which is not nice when on holiday."

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it...

"This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again."

"Estancia muy agradable, de la habitación lo mejor la cama y la terraza , el servicio muy bueno por parte del perso al, al llegar tuve que esperar hasta las 4pm a que estuviera la habitación pero me ofrecieron una bebida de cortesía y estar en la piscina. La piscina grande y climatizada. Sin duda volveremos"
