"The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise. "We are retired and we’re only there because EasyJet cancelled our flight. However it was a great experience right from the start with Simone in reception. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good. The facilities for kids looked amazing. "

"Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....

"The bathroom was unclean including mildew in the shower and a broken/leaking shower head. At least 8 power cuts in a hour period in that building suggests electrical failings and poor safely standards. Despite “No Smoking” signs in the room, no smoke detectors were apparent. The bedrooms were above the open kitchen meaning excess noise and poor sleep. Given such protential fire hazards, no fire escapes / exits were noticeable. Finally, although not as important as the potential safely issues...

"Great hotel, good facilities, very clean, with extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. The pools looked very inviting but I didn't use them due to a storm at the time of the visit. Excellent breakfast buffet, although evening buffet sometimes had fairly unexciting and limited vegetarian/ vegan options, but still ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
