"This hotel is splendid. A world away from chaos outside. Adult only so immediately it is calm & relaxing. It’s clean well maintained. Excellent staff always willing to help. The poolside remains one of my favourites ever - there’s always beds and they are spaced out beautifully so you are not on your neighbours lap! "Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Clean and tidy hotel in great location to bars, restaurants and short walk to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff that work hard to make for a great stay. "Spent my first solo holiday in Alousoul hotel, it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, so much choice and the complementary cookies and flavoured water were lovely.
