"Location is good.The suite I had was large and well appointed. The best rain shower I have experienced and I travel a lot. The staff were always approachable, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was large and well appointed. The only minor point was the buffet is self serve which is normal but not the coffee (which was excellent). If you try to pour yourself a cup of coffee you get reprimanded .There is no sign saying that only staff can serve coffee and...

"Schönes, großzügiges Zimmer mit toller Terrasse. Auswahl beim Frühstück könnte besser sein. Andere Wurstsorten und auch Frischkäse sollte angeboten werden. Ebenfalls zuzüglich zum Buffet sollten noch verschiedene Eierspeisen (Omelette, Spiegelei) und z. B. frische Waffeln oder Pankakes angeboten werden. "

"Hotel location is close to many bus lines to go out and explore Palma so that’s a great plus. Please be aware it is a very basic hotel. While they do provide with shampoo and body wash, you will have to have your own conditioner and body lotion."

"I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as it was for the price ! In the heart as a base for all surrounding places to visit. Everything was easy getting about down to the staff helping you. The breakfast was plentiful , the spa and full size pool was excellent and all free of charge with a steam room gym and jacuzzi! The staff were outstanding in helping you out and even when checking out made it simple to still use all facilities untill departure time! Def return to this hotel...
