"This is our second time visiting Mallorca, Spain. This property was exceptional. It was relatively close to Palma and all of the most beautiful and scenic towns on the island. There was daily housekeeping. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. They were even able to accommodate my food allergies. I even gave the staff a hug on the last day as they were superb! We traveled with our 2 daughters ages 7 and 9. We highly recommend this property!"

Ebenfalls zuzüglich zum Buffet sollten noch verschiedene Eierspeisen (Omelette, Spiegelei) und z. B. frische Waffeln oder Pankakes angeboten werden. "

"This is one of our favourite hotels we have ever stayed! It is beautiful and in a great location - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package and it is well worth it - delicious and huge portions! We also loved the pool area and used it almost everyday of our stay. Gorgeous hotel and highly recommend!"

On our first night, we were woken at 11:30pm by room service delivering an order we had not placed, as they had mixed up the room numbers. When we raised this with the front desk the following morning, very little action was taken beyond a brief apology.
