"The people were super nice and helpful, super polite, i wish they worked at a better hotel. The pool smelled like a dumpster and i thought we'd get an infection swimming in it."

"Checked in at 10pm with two tired kids and was given a dirty room. I went back downstairs and was given a different room. Absolutely no offer of compensation, not even a bottle of water. For $200 a night in this part of town, the stay and experience was very underwhelming."

"The staff was great, but there’s a couple things that bothered me. The $12 a night for parking, that needs to be included in the price when booking. It’s ridiculous to charge for parking for a paying customer, especially 12 dollars a night, that’s wild. Also, there was red tape up at the entrance which made getting in and out difficult with luggage. It seems like an older building, but it was still a nice stay. I would recommend the one at the galleria, it was more modern and cleaner. This one...
