"We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

"Horrible bright white lights everywhere, very thin towels and sheets, not enough towels, the cheap toilet paper! Breakfast: minimal selestion and quality. Stair railing to second floor have awkward hand railings. Ckeck in time of 3 pm didn't happen...not able to check in until 5 pm!"

"Staff was generally fine. Problems: TV in room was very, very snowy. Unwatchable. Morning breakfast is not really a breakfast. Just a snack. Kinda misleading. If you check to see if a room is available before their normal check-in of 3 o'clock they will charge you an extra $55 if they have rooms ready. Never seen this before. Property is old and a bit tired. When we finally checked in we had to changed one room due to smoke smell. Plus a $100 damage fee is charged. Won't know if returned until...

"The room was nice and the TV was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a microwave. I was surprised a parking fee was charged since it wasn't noted on the website. Also the website states a breakfast is available but again doesn't state there is a fee."

"The room was just ok. The bed was. On that great and the pillows were awful. Staff was wonderful. The location was great for driving to grab a bite or do some shopping. The place itself is old and could reallly use some updating. The elevator to the building next to main building, is at the other end of the building. So if you are upstairs you must walk to the other side, take the elevator up and then walk back to your room. Breakfast was wonderful."
