"The location is fantastic! You're within walking distance of Broadway and the amazing nightlife available.
Parking is kinda an expensive whirlwind. There is valet available (we paid over $70 for overnight - about 14 hours - and had to wait over an hour for them to bring us our car in the morning). Don't park in the lot across the street (not affiliated with the hotel)! We parked there for an hour while we checked in and figured out the parking situation...$47 upon exit.
The room was decent. It was a little small but no worse than typical rooms in NYC or other large cities. The air conditioning had trouble cooling the room down, it seemed. The shower head was a double with no ability to turn the second on (I have the same one at home, so it wasn't user error). The water seal on the shower didn't work so the floor was soaked after a quick shower.
The staff were professional and kind. Check in was efficient and check out was the same. The woman at the desk when we checked out seemed to genuinely care about the room concerns shared above, so that was nice.
Overall the one-night stay was nice. The minor (albeit, some costly) inconveniences were outshined by the Nashville experience. We would definitely stay again. "
