"Much nicer than expected. The breakfast omelette was very good for a free hotel breakfast. So many food options within walking distance. Surface parking was a must as we were traveling in a oversized vehicle."

"The location is fantastic! You're within walking distance of Broadway and the amazing nightlife available. Parking is kinda an expensive whirlwind. There is valet available (we paid over $70 for overnight - about 14 hours - and had to wait over an hour for them to bring us our car in the morning). Don't park in the lot across the street (not affiliated with the hotel)! We parked there for an hour while we checked in and figured out the parking situation...$47 upon exit. The room was decent. It was a little small but no worse than typical rooms in NYC or other large cities. The air conditioning had trouble cooling the room down, it seemed. The shower head was a double with no ability to turn the second on (I have the same one at home, so it wasn't user error). The water seal on the shower didn't work so the floor was soaked after a quick shower. The staff were professional and kind. Check in was efficient and check out was the same. The woman at the desk when we checked out seemed to genuinely care about the room concerns shared above, so that was nice. Overall the one-night stay was nice. The minor (albeit, some costly) inconveniences were outshined by the Nashville experience. We would definitely stay again. "

"The staff at this hotel was top notch! We loved everything about our stay. The rooms were updated and spotless along with comfortable beds. We enjoyed a hot delicious breakfast each morning. There was no noise allowing for much rest and relaxation. We will definitely stay again."

"This is our second time at this hotel in Nashville. Without a doubt would recommend highly to anyone going. Walking distance to broadway and many tourist attractions. Right close to one of the best bbq places downtown. (Martin’s BBQ) Staff is always friendly accommodating and helpful. Love this place. If we go back to Nashville will for sure stay here again."

"This was the first time we had online check in. I am older and needed assistance. The person was truly great! She was patient, clear and respectful while she walked me through check in process. The facility was beautiful! Clean and quiet! The pool area was super nice and we spent time there. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge area. We watched the thunder and lightening each night up there. Our room was very nice! We had a kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying there again!"
