"We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient.
Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....

We notified the help desk that the toilet is not flushing properly and it's not usable; they said the maintenance is out and they'll send someone to look into it. They didn't send anyone to check, and they didn't offer to change the rooms. They could have communicated clearly to address the issue. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby."

"When myfamily stopped by for a quick moment to confir with us the mgr told them they couldnt be there for any reason...they were exactly 10 min till departing and again told my grandson in law that he was not to be there even tho my granddaughter was with him but it made no difference. I will never stay there again and will let every one I know to never stay there.. Even with asking for another towel, I was told they had to conserve on water and was not allowd to have an extra one.. What a...
