"I stayed at Chicago Hotel Collection for two nights in March and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
At first the price seems attractive, but almost everything requires an additional fee. If you choose not to pay for upgrades or extra services, they place you in a very undesirable room. My room was on a low floor facing another apartment building, and the windows were blurry/frosted, so there was essentially no view.
