"Spacious family room but stains on carpet/ bathroom. Beds not very comfortable, standard breakfast… could do with healthier options. £14/day parking is steep but staff are friendly."

"Excellent proximity to Manchester convention centre, China Town, theatre and oxford Road rail station etc. Good clean comfortable bed. Pity no provision of simple tea making facility in the bedroom. Breakfast is less than basic for the breakfast price paid. One receptionist being difficult, refused to print receipt when not booked through hotel directly. But another reception at other time happily attended the request. "

Amenities were lacking in the room and the lack of air control beyond a window being open or shut wasn’t ideal, especially when working with excess background noise. WiFi was spotty during video calls. However, the staff were lovely and the room was just fine."
